Meet Our Team

Hi I’m Kenzie!

I’m a Registered Dietitian and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping clients build sustainable nutrition and fitness habits. I earned my dietetics degree from Indiana University, where I discovered my love for strength training while working with collegiate athletes on performance nutrition.

After completing my dietetic internship, I worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Riley Children’s Hospital before starting my own personal training and nutrition consulting business. I’m also a Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, with a special passion for supporting moms through every stage of life.

My approach to health is rooted in sustainability, strength, and overall well-being. Inspired by my Christian faith, the name Sozo comes from a biblical term meaning “to save, heal, and restore,” which reflects the heart behind my coaching.

Whether you’re new to fitness or more experienced, my goal is to help you build confidence, get strong, and feel your best inside and out.

Hi I’m Ellie!

NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER | PRONATAL CERTIFIED PRENATAL POSTPARTUM SPECIALIST | NASM CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH

I'm passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support lifelong health. My coaching is rooted in personalized, evidence-based programming that meets you where you are, whether you're just beginning your fitness journey, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or working toward new performance goals.

Growing up in a sports-oriented family and playing competitive soccer sparked my love for movement, and discovering strength training in college turned that passion into a lifelong pursuit. Although my career began in financial analysis, I ultimately chose to follow my passion for health and fitness and become a full-time coach.

I believe fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. My goal is to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through training that is effective, sustainable, and built around your unique goals and lifestyle.
