Meet Our Team

Hi I’m Kenzie!

REGISTERED DIETITIAN | NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER | CERTIFIED PRENATAL POSTPARTUM SPECIALIST

I am a Registered Dietitian and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I earned my dietetics degree from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) where I also found my passion for exercise and strength training through working with collegiate athletes on nutrition and performance.

After completing my dietetic internship, I worked at Riley Children’s Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian before deciding to pursue my dream of starting my own personal training and nutrition consulting business. I’ve always had a deep love for supporting moms and babies, which inspired me to become a Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist in August of 2024.

My desire to make an impact in the health and fitness space is rooted in a philosophy of sustainability. My goal is to teach clients the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise, and to help them appreciate the importance of the journey — not just the end result.

I also have a strong foundation in my Christian faith, which is part of the inspiration behind the name Sozo—a biblical term meaning “to save, heal, and restore.” That heart for holistic restoration shapes the way I approach health, emphasizing strength, balance, and overall well-being.

My favorite thing is to empower YOU to get strong. Whether you’re just starting out or are more advanced, I love coaching clients in strength training, mobility, and building confidence in the gym—helping you feel your best, inside and out.

Hi I’m Ellie!

NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER | PRONATAL CERTIFIED PRENATAL POSTPARTUM SPECIALIST. |. NASM CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH

My previous career was as a financial analyst, but my true passion has always been health, fitness and people. I made the transition into personal training to help others grow stronger, build confidence, and find a sustainable balance between fitness and everyday life. Growing up in a sports-oriented family and playing competitive soccer shaped my foundation, and during college I discovered strength training — a passion that quickly became a lifelong pursuit and, ultimately, a career dedicated to helping others.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Prenatal & Postpartum Specialist, and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I value building genuine, long lasting connections with my clients and strive to meet each individual exactly where they are, whether they are just beginning their fitness journey or looking to elevate their training.

My training philosophy centers on creating a strong, functional, and balanced lifestyle. I focus on helping clients build strength, reach their goals, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term physical health and overall well-being.
